Scotstaff Recruitment are looking exclusively on behalf of our client a 4* Luxury Country House Hotel set in the woodlands of the Perthshire countryside.
The hotel is seeking for a Sous to come on board and assist in running the kitchen along with a great head chef. The company has a great ethos for growing candidates within and is looking for someone who is looking to progress and grow.
We are looking for someone who is currently at Sous Chef level of a similar 3-5* Hotel environment or from a larger restaurant background.
You will have worked with banqueting or events in the past and understand what it takes to run functions that may hit up to 200 guests.
You will have experience in managing with a team of 6+ in the kitchen, this can grow up to 10 in the busier times.
You will have experience in training and building up junior chefs with a positive ethos to match the companies.
On offer is a great salary with working hours that coincide with contracted hours. There is live in accommodation available for candidates that need to stay on site.
