Dining Room Manager

Scotstaff Recruitment are looking exclusively on behalf of our client a 4* Luxury Country House Hotel set in the woodlands of the Perthshire countryside.

 

We are looking for a bright, capable and efficient manager who wants to give the best service possible and who has the passion, attitude and personality to deliver it. You will be required to

  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant and bar
  • Monitor training standards and quality improvements to maintain the highest possible standards at all time
  • Host the room and build rapport and recognition with guests
  • Be team orientated and have a hands on approach to management
  • Actively lead and develop your team and your own skills in a company who are active in developing talent

 

On offer is a salary of up to £23,000 per year with accommodation available.
