Scotstaff are currently recruiting for an experienced and talented Commis Pastry Chef to join a Michelin star team. You will be working in a brigade of 10, as part of your role you will be partially responsible for organising and ordering for a section that includes the A la Carte and Degustation Menus. The ideal Commis will have previous experience within a similar environment but not essential and must be have a good understanding of the English language.
You will work 5 days out of 7, with 28 days holiday entitlement. You will also be provided with a uniform and meals on duty. There is a very competitive salary on offer all dependant on experience in addition to an equal part share of healthy monthly and gratuities.
