It can be tough to spend less time on social media, especially since it’s designed to be addictive. However, it’s been shown that our stress levels decrease when we reduce our time on social media, so maybe try turning off your notifications for a while and see how it goes.
This is obviously quite a popular choice, yet sometimes the hardest to stick to. Even by saving a few pounds every week by cutting out a coffee here and there can make all the difference. There are many apps you can download to help you save as well.
Taking Up a New Hobby
Whether it’s dancing, skiing or knitting, it’s always fun to try something new and gain a sense of accomplishment!
Get More Sleep
The benefits of more sleep include increased productivity, better skin, increased happiness and less likely to be irritable – what more do you need to know?
We all know life can be stressful, so it’s always good to find ways to de-stress e.g. reading, exercise, meditation, whatever you find helps you to relax!
